Vierge vs Dealcoholized Wine
Both Vierge and dealcoholized wine contain less than 0.5% alcohol, but they're crafted differently. Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine with the alcohol removed. Vierge is made from juices, teas, botanicals, and natural tannins-delivering a unique, complex profile. It's not a replica, but a refined alternative that reimagines what non-alcoholic sipping can be.
I had the pleasure of trying the Vierge Rosé Pétillant! It's a beautiful explosion of flavors in the mouth, its fruity and slightly tangy taste without being too sweet makes you want to enjoy several glasses without feeling guilty! A great discovery for me and I can't wait for the release of other products!
