Vierge started from a personal turning point. After I stopped drinking, I struggled to find a non-alcoholic option that felt elevated, with real complexity and presence. Most alternatives felt like compromises, so I created my own.
The formulation is deeply personal. Living with Type 1 diabetes for over 25 years, keeping sugar low was non-negotiable. With celiac disease, it had to be gluten-free. And as a consumer, I refused shortcuts, no artificial ingredients and no compromises on taste or mouthfeel.
Vierge is built from the ground up, using fermented tea and layered natural ingredients to deliver depth and structure. Not to imitate wine, but to offer a refined experience of its own, designed for people who still want to celebrate, just differently.
What began as a personal need has grown into something bigger, part of a global shift toward more mindful drinking.

What is Vierge?
Vierge is a premium line of non-alcoholic, low-sugar, and gluten-free beverages crafted to offer the complexity and enjoyment of traditional wines-without the alcohol. Developed by Dawn Murray, proud Gaspésienne, and founder of Nation Beverages Inc., Vierge is inspired by her personal journeytoward sobriety and her quest for a sophisticated, alcohol-free alternative to wine.
What sets Vierge apart from other non-alcoholic beverages?
Unlike dealcoholized wines, Vierge is meticulously crafted from scratch using premium ingredients such as locally fermented tea cultures from Quebec, concentrated fruit juices, authentic wine flavors and aromas, and naturally derived tannins. This approach ensures a beverage that mirrors the depth and complexity of traditional wine, without the often-harmful effects of alcohol.
How should Vierge be served?
For an elevated experience, pour half of the can into a beautiful wine glass or flute, allowing the delicate aromas to unfold. Serve the remaining portion in the can on the side, ensuring guests can enjoy the full Vierge experience at their leisure.
